Stephanie Williams currently serves as the Chief of Organizational Development.

Stephanie has 24 years of experience in Fort Bend ISD, first as a teacher and coach where she was recognized as the District and Region IV Teacher of the Year.

Stephanie has served as a leader in the areas of professional learning, curriculum, and instruction for 16 years. Her previous roles include Executive Director Organizational Development, Executive Director Teaching and Learning, and Director of Teacher Development.

She holds a master's degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Stephanie has coached local youth basketball teams and FBISD Special Olympic bowling and basketball. Stephanie and her husband Joe have one daughter who is a graduate of FBISD.
