Fort Bend County Fair seeks to award $5,000 scholarships to high school seniors

Fort Bend ISD (December 20, 2024) – For the 45th year, the Fort Bend County Fair is accepting applications for its scholarship program which awards $5,000 per student each year.

Here’s who should apply:

  • FBISD high school seniors graduating in spring 2025
  • Those who have participated in the Fort Bend County Fair Livestock Shows, Art programs, Rodeo events, FCCLA, Ag Mechanics competition, Horticulture contest, Queen contest, or have served as a Fort Bend County Fair volunteer
  • Those in good academic standing

In 2024, the Fair awarded a total of more than $250,000 to deserving youth.

The deadline to submit a scholarship application is Thursday, January 16, 2024.
