Fort Bend ISD (December 19, 2024) – Three Fort Bend ISD athletes were named to 2024-25 Texas High School Coaches Association Super Elite Teams.

Ridge Point High School senior Austin Wemyss was named to the Class 6A Water Polo Super Elite Team.

Kempner High School senior Noey Do and Austin High School senior Said Bennaji were named to the Class 5A and Class 6A Team Tennis Super Elite Teams, respectively.

The award recognizes student-athletes across Texas for their exemplary athletic achievements in their respective sports.

Super Elite Teams consist of high school players nominated by current professional members of the Texas High School Coaches Association.
Players must have good moral character, play at the varsity level and excel as an elite member in their sport to be nominated.

Additional teams will be announced throughout the 2024-25 school year.
