Bryan Guinn

Bryan Guinn was named the Chief Financial Officer for Fort Bend ISD in 2019. As CFO, he oversees Business & Finance, which includes the Accounting, Budgeting, Purchasing, Risk Management, Child Nutrition, and Enterprise functions of the District. Prior to becoming CFO, Guinn served as Director of Budget and Executive Director of Business & Finance for the District.  

Guinn has worked in local government for 20 years, including time with the cities of Bryan, College Station, and Sugar Land. He earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Houston - Victoria, and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.

He and his wife Teresa live in Sugar Land and have two future FBISD students, a daughter Lydia and son Joseph.
