  • Finding Your Child's Unique Student Access Code

    Parents/Guardians: Follow these steps to locate your child's Unique Student Access Code:

    1. Log into Skyward Family Access.

    2. Select the "Online Forms" tab on the left side.

    3. Look for the form titled "Student Assessment Results."

    4. Click on "Fill Out Online Form" for the Student Assessment Results.

    5. On the new screen, click "1. Student Assessment Access Code" on the right side.

    6. Your child's unique access code will appear, along with a link to the Texas Student Portal.

    7. Click the link to the Texas Student Portal.

    8. Use the access code and your child's date of birth to access their results.

    Viewing EOC Scores Online

    Students: You can now view your STAAR/EOC scores online through the Texas Assessment Student Portal. Here's how:

    1. Go to the Texas Assessment website.

    2. Enter your unique Student Access Code, date of birth, and legal first name.

    3. If you don't know your access code, follow the steps above under "Finding Your Child's Unique Student Access Code."

    4. Click "Sign On" to see a list of your STAAR/EOC tests by year.

    5. Your performance level (e.g., "Approaches Grade Level" for passing) will be listed in the middle column.

    6. To view results from different years, use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

    Note: In the upper-right corner, there is a "Guide" button that provides detailed instructions on navigating the pages and understanding the information in each area/tab.

    1. Click on the title of a test for more information, such as:

      • Your scale score and how it compares to state, district, and campus averages

      • Your performance level based on your scale score

      • Your Lexile score (reading level)

    2. Click "View Detailed Report" on the far-right to access additional details, which may include:

      • Overall and category results

      • Test questions and your responses

      • Progress and Lexile/Quantile trends

      • Resources for college and career planning

    3. Click "Home" in the upper-right corner to return to the list of tests.
