Official AFJROTC Flight Academy Announcement 24-25

The 2025 AFJROTC Flight Academy will begin accepting applications 3 September - 14 November 2024, for AFJROTC/SFJROTC cadets to attend private pilot training at select universities and colleges during the summer of 2025.

Minimum Applicant Requirements;

• Must be a current sophomore, Junior or Senior AFJROTC cadet
• Must be at least 17 years old by 15 July 2025
• Must have a minimum fitness score of 75 using new PFT standard
• Must have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0 or better on 4.0 scale
• Must complete the Aviation Qualification Test (AQT) proctored by SASI/ASI 
• NOTE: Non-US Citizen cadets who apply must be permanent US resident cardholders current through 1 Sep 2025

NEW MANDATORY DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FORM FOR ALL CADETS 24-25 SCHOOL YEAR

All cadets and parents/guardians are required to complete and sign the DD Form 3203 JROTC Cadet Conduct and return it within 10 school-days from the start of school or enrollment in the program. Cadets not returning the form are subject to disenrollment from the program. The form is located under the "Resources and Documents" section of this page and has both English and Spanish versions. 

 Also, each cadet and parent/guardian must complete the AF/SF Supplemental Participation Form located in the same location. It has English and Spanish versions as well.
