  • NEW MANDATORY DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FORM FOR ALL CADETS 24-25 SCHOOL YEAR

    All cadets and parents/guardians are required to complete and sign the DD Form 3203 JROTC Cadet Conduct and return it within 10 school-days from the start of school or enrollment in the program. Cadets not returning the form are subject to disenrollment from the program. The form is located under the "Resources and Documents" section of this page and has both English and Spanish versions. 

     Also, each cadet and parent/guardian must complete the AF/SF Supplemental Participation Form located in the same location. It has English and Spanish versions as well.
