Greetings everyone! This is my first year teaching at Clements High School, and I'm thrilled to be part of this amazing community. Before joining Clements, I was teaching at the Valley Academy of Arts and Sciences, a high school in Los Angeles, California. I completed my Masters in Secondary English Education and obtained my credentials from California State University, Northridge and prior to that graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in English and Gender Studies. My areas of interest are literature, poetry, art, and education. When I am not searching for ways to grow as a teacher, I enjoy reading, hiking, watching movies, and spending time with my family.
