The club meets Friday after school. It provides a positive , encoraging environment for students to learn, work and grow together. CLub members practice for programming competitions and/or practice in other computing related areas of interest.Our students volunteer at various outreach events to promote STEM education.Students help organize and run the coding club at Fort Settlement Middle School. They volunteer for Steel City Codes to promote Computer Science education and access for middle and elementary school students. 

The club hosts an Annual Computer Science competition in fall - November 19, 2023.The competition is attended by teams from about 30 other high schools.  Students participate in programming cometitions and hackathons all year long.
