W. P. Clements High School is one of 11 High Schools in the Fort Bend Independent School District. Opened in 1983, Clements serves portions of Fort Bend County and the incorporated cities of Missouri City and Sugar Land. The communities are located adjacent to southwest Houston and have grown significantly in the last twenty years to become major suburban areas, primarily populated by a large percentage of upper middle-class families in professional occupations.
