Hello!  I am the Clements High School ESOL [English to Speakers of Other Languages] teacher.  I have been teaching at Clements since 2021. If you or your student is a beginner or intermediate learner of English as a 9th or 10th grader, then you/they may be in my class.  I also support emergent bilingual [EB] students in all grades at CHS.

I have taught ESOL or EFL for approximately 20 years in several cities, including Chicago, Illinois, Sarajevo, Bosnia, Istanbul, Turkey, and Houston, Texas. I enjoy helping students develop their skills in reading, writing, pronunciation, phonetics, speaking, and listening.  I also like to empower my students by teaching them the culture and how to be successful with their education and career goals.
