Born and raised in Houston, I attended the University of Houston, until my family and I moved to Sugar Land in 2019 where my two young daughters attend school.  I've been teaching English and AP Research for over 20 years, and I'm extremely excited to continue my teaching journey by joining the Clements community.  Literature is my passion because it is a gateway to new worlds and cultures. As an English teacher, I aim to help all students find a book that resonates with them. My hobbies include travel, reading, camping, watching movies, baseball, and spending time with family.
