Neal Springer has taught orchestra at Clements High School since 2014. He previously taught at Crockett & Bowie Middle Schools in Fort Bend ISD. He is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University with a Bachelor in Music Education and Colorado State University with a Masters in Music Education and Conducting. He currently serves as the President of Region 13 and is a regular clinician and adjudicator around the greater Houston area. When he is not teaching or conducting, Neal enjoys traveling with his family and watching movies.
