EHS Student Parking Permit Information

  • 2025-2026 Elkins High School Student Parking Information

    Parking passes for the 2025-26 school year will go on sale Thursday, July 17 at 12:00 PM.  Please click on this link https://www.vancoevents.com/us/DDPW to purchase your parking pass for the school year 2025-2026. 

    We only accept online payments, and only Seniors and Juniors are permitted to buy a parking permit at this time.  If, during pick-up we realize your student is a sophomore, that permit will be voided and no refunds will be issued.

    Personalized RESERVED (Premier spots) painted parking spots can be purchased for SENIORS ONLY (limited availability $75). Painting days and rules information will be given during permit pick up. 

    General Parking Permits can be purchased for SENIORS OR JUNIORS for $40.

    **NOTE:  YOUR PERMIT NUMBER WILL CORRESPOND WITH YOUR PARKING SPACE.  When you log in to the Vanco EHS Parking Permit website, you will see a map that will help guide you in selecting your parking spot.

    ALL students must have a valid parking permit to park in the school otherwise they will receive a ticket/fine. 

    Please be sure to fill out all information on the electronic form as you purchase your parking spot.  The electronic form is located within the link.  Please bring the student's valid Texas driver's license, current insurance listing either the student or the student's vehicle as insured, and your receipt in order to pick up your parking permit. 

    The Parking Permit Fee is non-refundable!

    Pick up dates and times:

    Please park on the bus ramp and enter through the front office entrance.

    SENIORS (including Reserved) AND JUNIORS: Wednesday,  August 6th from 9 am to 12 pm.

    Students can come pick up their parking permit on their own, or a parent (listed in Skyward) can pick it on behalf of the student.

    Any students/parents that do not pick up on the 6th can pick up with Ms. Patterson in office 421 beginning  Monday August 18th, which is the first Monday after school starts.

    Reminder:  In order to pick up the parking permit, you must have:  Valid Drivers’ License, Vehicle year/make/model/color, Valid Insurance, and receipt of purchase.

    All permits not picked up by September 15 with be resold.  Tickets/Fines will be assessed beginning September 1.
