Mr. Richard Salazar

Hello parents!  I'm Mr. Richard Salazar, your child's on-level English III & AP English III teacher for the year.  I am a graduate of University of Texas-Pan America with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Kinesiology.  I consider myself very fortunate to be among the many highly skilled and enthusiastic educators here at Elkins High School and am proud to be a part of Fort Bend ISD.  I have gladly been teaching in the district for all but one year of my career, with an unending focus on improving my abilities with each new group of students.
