Teaching Philosophy

I believe that true learning occurs when students are engaged, curious, and enjoying the process. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an environment where learning and success are intertwined with enjoyment and discovery. Success breeds confidence, and confidence fuels further success. I design my classroom to provide ample opportunities for students to experience small wins, gradually building up to more significant achievements. By celebrating these successes, both big and small, we create a positive feedback loop that motivates students to push their boundaries and take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
