    If you are planning to relocate, please let us know.  The steps are listed below.

    1. Please complete the Intent to Withdraw Form.   Intent to Withdraw (PDF)   or   Intent to Withdraw (Word)
    2. Email the Intent to Withdraw Form & your ID to dhsregistrar@fortbendisd.com.
    3. DHS Registrar Staff will email you once your withdrawn documentation is complete.  Please allow 24 hours.
