Welcome to Mr. Ross' Social Studies Teacher Page! 

Hello parents, students, and community members of the Eagle's Nest! I am very excited to have the opportunity to teach and inspire your children. Our theme this year is BELIEVE! I believe that our school and school community can achieve the very best!  I would like to take this time to offer a little info about myself.  My name is Mr. Ross. I will be teaching AP Human Geography (9^th Grade), AP African American Studies (11th grade) and Government/Economics (12^th Grade) here at Willowridge. I have just entered into my nineteenth year of teaching as a social studies teacher in the Early College/ P-TECH. 

I am a:

A Louisiana native

2004 graduate of Louisiana State University: BA Political Science

2012 graduate of Southeastern LA University: M.ED

2021 TX Principal Certification Program: Lamar University 

I also serve as the Academic Decathlon Coach for Willowridge High School.  I enjoy working with young adults and inspiring them to maximize their fullest potential.
