In addition to being a public school instructor, I am also a certified Red Cross instructor and a certified Texas peace officer.  I also am currently a adjunct Sociology professor at Houston Community College.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown, my Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and my PhD in Human Services - Sociology and Criminology from Capella University.
