    2025 Season Info:

    First Mandatory Team Practice: August 4th @Dulles HS Stadium

         - To attend practices, you must have a physical on file on the RankOne website (You must upload a copy)

         - To attend practices, you must complete all necessary UIL forms (see link below to complete)

    Practice Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:50 am-7:30 am

    Fridays - Meet Days

    Season - 2025 Schedule will be posted soon.

     

    Mandatory Forms

      • To participate in practices and meets, all UIL forms must be completed before participating.  These are mandatory by state law.  
    • Physical Form
      • All athletes must have an annual physical (post-dated April 1st) on file with the coach and athletic trainer before participating in practice and meets.
