My name is LaDale Webster-Lamb. I am a mom of three precious Lambs. I have been in education for 22 years and have worn many hats doing so. I am a former Mathematics and AVID teacher, I have served on state and local committees in education, I am a 7 time CREST Award winning counselor and I love to see and assist people in beating the odds. I have served as Dean of Students, campus grant manager and many other roles. I left administration to focus more on family 5 years ago.  I am a Franklin, Louisiana native. I attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where I am a former member of The Lady Jaguar Softball Team and I majored in Mathematics Education. I graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Art in Counseling and Master of Education in Administration. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and I have a thing for service and believe in building a strong solid team. Peace of mind is everything to me and advocating for those who can't advocate for themselves. I am a huge supporter of self-care and self-love. I am a lifelong learner who goes above and beyond for students and staff in my care. I am looking forward to meeting the team and avail myself to learning from the leaders on our campus while supporting the mission and vision of Dulles High School.
