February 2023  

Please log into Skyward Family Access and check your name on your transcript.  You will find your transcript by clicking on the "Portfolio" tab and opening the "Unofficial Transcript 1/2023".  The name on this transcript is how your name will appear on your diploma.  The name on the diploma must be the exact name that appears on your birth certificate.  The name on the diploma is upper and lowercase letters.  Please make sure to let us know of any hyphens, accent marks or uppercase letters that might not be evident in Skyward.  Please make sure to complete the jotform by February 15 to ensure your name on your diploma will be correct.

January 2023  

January 6 Senior Package sales close. All packages must be paid in full. Complete all online payments in RevTrak. Cash payments must be made in person in J106.   

January 15 All yearbook photos previously taken must be selected.

December 5 Senior Superlative Voting Opens. Voting will close on Friday, December 9 at 3 pm and will not reopen.  Vote Now!

Summer 2022:

Schedule your senior yearbook photo with CADY. You will wear all white for the yearbook this year. There are opportunities for a yearbook photo and freestyle at the studio. For more information about senior portraits, click here. All senior portraits for the yearbook must be completed no later than October 31. No portraits will be taken after this date due to publishing deadlines. 

August 1: Senior Orientation 9 AM - 11 AM; 2021-2022 yearbooks, and Senior shirts will be distributed at this time. 

August 18: Senior Sunrise 6:30 am on the football field bleachers.

October 22: RPHS Senior Portrait Road Show. This yearbook photo opportunity is by appointment only. Schedule your photo today! If you are a retake appointment from the summer, make sure you filled out the form for Ms. Hunt ahead of time.  

October 19: Herff Jones is hosting a Senior Night in the RPHS gym. FAFSA information, senior portraits with CADY, senior package sales and more will be offered. If you would like to schedule your portrait for this date, click here. 

October 13: CADY will be on campus all day for senior portraits. You will take your senior picture during your English class. This is a 3/4 shot. You MUST wear white (or JROTC uniform for JROTC Seniors). This is the only school day they will be on campus for your convenience. These are only Yearbook portraits. All additional portraits need to be scheduled for another date at the studio. **If you already have an appointment scheduled and prefer the October 13 date, make sure you cancel your scheduled appointment. 

All photos taken outside of the Yearbook Only October 13 session (at the studio or on our Road Show October 4, 19, 22 sessions) require the $29 sitting fee. The $29 includes the yearbook photo and a second pose (cap and gown, freestyle, etc.) If you only want the yearbook photo, go with your English class to the October 13 Yearbook only session.

November 30: Deadline to have your portrait taken with CADY is November 30. Schedule your portrait today. Any portraits taken at the studio require a $29 sitting fee. This fee includes two images; yearbook photo and freestyle of your choice. A cap and gown image qualifies as a freestyle. If you took your photo before September, you require a retake. Your photo does not meet the RP senior portrait requirement. Please fill out the form here, if you have not already.
