Welcome to the fabulous world of theatre! My name is Ms. Novia and I am so excited to be your theatre teacher this year!

I am a Fort Bend ISD native, having graduated from Ridge Point High School. I was heavily involved with establishing the theatre program during my time as a panther, and was even a part of the first graduating class. I then attended Texas State University where I graduated Cum Laude and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Education. After graduating, I was hired to start the theatre program at Ronald Thornton Middle School before transferring to Baines Middle School and I am back home starting my 5th year teaching!

Outside of teaching, I like to spend time with my mom, two sisters, Adrianna and Alyssa and my cats Brady and Edelman. This will be my first year serving as head director at RP and I can't wait to get started!
