Chelsea Berner has been the Choir Director at Ridge Point High School since 2018.  She holds her Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Baylor University and also holds a Master's Degree in Choral Conducting from Michigan State University.  In addition to her work as a professional choral singer around the city of Houston, she is an active clinician for middle school and high school choirs.  Ms. Berner is the primary teacher and conductor of the award-winning Ridge Point Chamber Choir, Bella Voce, Sinfonia, and Floreat ensembles at Ridge Point.  Since assuming head directorship in 2020, all Ridge Point ensembles have consistently earned Sweepstakes achievements at UIL Concert & Sight-Reading and additional Performances of Distinction at the Kemah Choir Festival and the prestigious San Antonio Madrigal Festival Competition.
