Thirty years ago, I began my teaching career in FBISD and have now returned.  I am a mother of two twenty-somethings who are finishing college and starting careers.  My husband has survived being married to me for over 25 years!  We live on acreage and have a menagerie of critters.  I began working with students with learning disabilities and became a dyslexia specialist.  After staying home with my children, I returned to teaching junior high math and science.  I jumped ship and taught at a private school (grades 6 to 12 science).  Now, I am getting to do what I love best.  Share new knowledge with students as I get to know each of them personally and watch them grow into amazing adults.
