My name is Zackary Martinez, and I serve as a Professional Communications teacher, as well as an assistant coach for both the football and basketball programs at Travis High School. Although this is my first year in the classroom as an educator, I am no stranger to Travis—I am a proud alum, having graduated in 2022. I recently earned my Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication from Texas State University-San Marcos in the spring of 2025, and I am a huge Bobcat sports fan. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy analyzing sports statistics, watching basketball, and spending meaningful time with friends and family. I look forward to a great 2025-2026 school year!
