Hello! My name is Leslie Dohnalik and I am an Agricultural Science teacher at Travis HS. This is my 12th year at Travis and 14th year teaching ag. My husband Michael and I have two sons who keep us busy and give us much joy. I grew up with a love for agriculture! Together my grandpa, dad, 3 brothers and I showed our families Braford Cattle herd. I competed in many 4-H and FFA events throughout my childhood. My senior year I went on to serve on the State 4-H Council and that was an amazing experience! I graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Agricultural Science. Right now I am teaching Floral Design, Livestock Production, and Advanced Animal Science, 3 of my favorite subjects in ag! I love designing flowers and gardening. Even more than that, I greatly enjoy getting to know and helping students in my courses. I am one of the FFA chapter Advisors and would love to get all my students more involved in school!
