Greetings!

I am a native Houstonian (by way of Missouri City) and have lived here all my life. My primary years were spent in FBISD having attended Briargate Elementary and Christa McAuliffe Middle School. I graduated from Texas Southern University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Shortly after receiving my degree, I received my teaching certification through the University of St. Thomas. I also have a Master's Degree in counseling.

I have a wonderful family who supports my teaching career. My mother is a retired teacher and my sister currently teaches Science in a neighboring district. My twin brother, Anthony, is happily married and has two beautiful daughters, my nieces, Addison and Adrienne. I am married to my wonderful husband and our household is full of energy with our cats named Addie and Anna. We miss our beloved Katie and Miss Kitty and love them with all our hearts.

I am passionate about teaching and love watching my students succeed! I hope to build a positive relationship with all my students. This website will be used to help my students be more successful in my class.
