This is my 4th year at THS, I have many years of experience in multiple school districts around the Houston area and the New Orleans area as well. I have an undergrad degree from LSU where I finished with a double major in Social Studies and English Education. I later received my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University in Portland. I have many AP certifications in both Eng and Social Studies, so I am knowledgeable as to what your student needs to be successful at this level and beyond.

I did not begin my teaching career at Travis, but I got here as soon as I could, and I am thrilled to continue this educational journey with your student. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever have a question. All of the course resources will be in Schoology, so make sure and visit there to see a calendar and resources. I am here to help as best I can.
