I am one of two Naval Science Instructors at the George Bush High School Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program. I have been teaching JROTC for 19 years, 15 at George Bush High School. Prior to settling in the Houston area, I spent twenty years in the United States Marine Corps, where I served in a variety of challenging and rewarding assignments. I was born in the United States Canal Zone, in the country of Panama. I have a bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. I currently reside in Katy, Texas, with my beautiful wife Kathleen. I have raised four gorgeous children, two daughters and two sons. Our children graduated from the University of Texas, University of Houston and Texas State University; the youngest is currently attending Texas A&M University in College Station.
