Hello everyone!

My name is Kara Hoskins and I teach World Geography.  This is my 8th year at Bush High School, and I have been in education for 10 years. My previous career was in finance and banking, but I found my true calling in education while raising my own children. My daughter is a Pre-K teacher and my son is a senior at the University of Houston, majoring in Electrical Engineering. I am a Houston native, and I attended the University of Texas at Austin. (Go Horns!) I have a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Leadership. I also love baking, football and teaching Sunday School. I am looking forward to an amazing year!
