Mrs. Felicia Murray

Greetings,

I am from Minden, Louisiana. I have been married for 26 years and have one adult son.  I have been teaching at George Bush High School for 10+ years.  I received my Child Development degree from Grambling State University and  my Child Life & Family Studies degree from Louisiana Tech University. I have a plethora of experience helping young people of all ages, especially since I worked for Children’s Protective Services and other foster care/adoption agencies prior to my current career.  I currently teach Principles of Human Services, Human Growth & Development, Counseling & Mental Health, and Family & Community Services. I love spending time with my family, as well as cooking, traveling, music/concerts, and socializing with friends. I enjoy teaching students about "real world" experiences and look forward to sharing my knowledge, hoping to make a positive impact on young lives.
