Over the last twenty years, I have been involved in the education of students from sixth grade through college. I have taught all history subjects. Throughout that time, I have sought to make an impact on each of my students. My experience as an educator extends well beyond the traditional classroom setting. My background in education is extensive. I began teaching in the Houston Independent School District in the spring of 1995, where I gained all of my school training and experience. Twenty years ago, I became a teacher because I wanted to make a difference.
