Gifted and Talented at Lake Olympia Middle School

Identified students in grades 6-12 are provided service through open enrollment AAC classes with GT-trained teachers in the core subject areas of English language arts, social studies, science, and mathematics. Additional opportunities offered to secondary students include the Gifted and Talented Academy at Quail Valley Middle School (grades 6-8), and the Gifted and Talented Mentorship Program (grade 12).

District-Wide GT Announcements

The Fall GT Referral Window is now open. Parents may refer their child through the GT App with the student's FBISD ID number. The deadline for referral is September 30, 2025.
The GT Department is aware that the GT App referral portal is experiencing technical issues. Please be patient as we work through this issue with our technology team.
