My name is Patrick Kevin Schultz II, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to start my second school year at I.H. Kempner High School. The 2024-2025 school year will be my 21st year in the noble field of Education. My life is enriched by my wonderful Wife of 19 years and our two beautiful, talented, and faithful daughters, Crystal and Meagan. 

I am blessed to have served the extraordinary communities of Christa McAullfie and Garcia Middle Schools as a Classroom Educator & Social Studies Department Chair. As Assistant Principal, I have served the fantastic communities of Thurgood Marshall High School, George Bush High School, Lawrence E. Elkins High School, and I.H. Kempner High School for the past 14 years. My extensive experience and community involvement, spanning over two decades, have prepared me to support the continued growth of the I.H. Kempner High School community. 

My passion and commitment lie in the belief that ALL students can be successful and are significant. This unwavering commitment to 100% Student Significance and Nothing Less has guided my years of service in Education, and I bring this belief to partner with the I.H. Kempner High School community.  

As I embark on my 21st year in Education, I am thrilled and excited to continue supporting, cheering, and "calling every student up to their full potential!" I look forward to the new school year and earning 100% Student Significance and Nothing Less through a daily commitment to excellence!
