Ms. Frances Kate Mitchell

     Ms. Mitchell is in her 26th year of teaching at FBISD.  Presently, she teaches all English IV classes.  She is a native of North Carolina and a former labor and employment law attorney.

Teacher Tutorial Schedule

    • Students in need of individualized instruction or instructional re-enforcement are encouraged to attend tutorials.
    • English IV Tutorials are conducted on Tuesday mornings in Room 201 from 6:50 to 7:20 and Tuesdays afternoon from 3:00-3:30.
    • Students who need additional tutorial services will be accommodated. 
    • Students attending tutorials need to come prepared to address the classroom instruction, activity or assignment they do not understand or are having difficulty completing.
