I'm Peter Blessinger and have been teaching since 2011. Prior to teaching, I worked for two multinational telecommunications and media corporations where I specialized in employee training & development and sales. Social Studies has always been my passion, learning about people, cultures, history, and places around the world. I grew up in New York, NY, and began college in San Francisco, CA, before moving to Houston, TX. I have lived in Sugar Land for the last 17 years, enjoying a wonderful life in a great city.  I am a graduate of the University of Houston, "Go Coogs!" and I am very excited about having your students in my classroom as we explore the world and tie our learning to economics, society, political structures and the environment.  I am a co-Sponsor of STUCO (Student Council) at Kempner HS and work with them after school and on weekends.
