Ms. Rosalind Russell

My name is Rosalind Russell. I am a special education teacher with Fortbend ISD. Presently, I teach at Willowridge High School in the SAILS class. I received my Bachelor's in Science from Prairie View A&M University and a Masters from Lamar in Education. I have been teaching for more than 25 years.
