My name is Santos Cruz Rodriguez. I am one of the Spanish teachers at Ronald Thornton Middle School.  This year I will teach Spanish 1A and Spanish 1B.  I feel privileged to be able to share the Spanish language and culture with my students.

I graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. This will be my tenth year at Fort Bend ISD, and my second year at Ronald Thornton MS.

Although the language learning process varies from person to person, we all have the predisposition to speak more than one language.  I believe that taking risks and communicating is one of the most effective ways to acquire a second language.
