    The official tryout is Friday, April 17th from 4:30 to about 6:30. Nobody will be allowed to leave until the entire tryout process is complete. 

    • Clinics: sneakers, t-shirt, shorts, hair pulled back
    • Tryouts: plain white t-shirt with no writing or PE shirt and black shorts with no writing or PE shorts. White shoes and socks, hair pulled back, no jewelry, and no colored nail polish. 

    Tryouts are closed to friends and family. NO EXCEPTIONS. Results will be posted on the RTMS Cheer webpage Monday, April 20 by 6 p.m.


    Making the Team

    • Payments
      • The cost to be on the team is about $700 for new members. Specific deadlines will be announced once the team is selected.
    • Camp
      • Mandatory. Thursday, July 30th – Saturday, August 1st
    • Practices
      • Usually once a week. There will be practices in May for those who make the team.
    • This is a big responsibility! Your student must set an example inside and outside of the classroom
