Welcome Thriving Thundercats Families!!

This upcoming year marks my third year at Thornton, and I bring 28 years of experience in educating young minds. My teaching journey has taken me through grades 6-8 in Texas and Ohio, and I proudly earned my bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. I am passionate about teaching science and excited to delve into the planned lessons. This year, we have many engaging activities and projects lined up, and I am eager to witness the growth we will achieve together!
 
When I am away from school, I enjoy spending quality time with my fiancé and family, whether exploring new destinations, strolling through local markets to discover unique finds or savoring culinary delights at the various eateries that Houston boasts.

I am eagerly looking forward to hearing all about you. Your unique stories and experiences are what make our school community so special. I can't wait to learn from you and make this year a memorable one.  We are going to have the best year making memories together. I can't wait to meet you all very soon.
