Welcome Thriving Thundercats Families!!

This upcoming year marks my 4th year at Thornton, and I bring 29 years of experience in educating young minds. My teaching journey has taken me through grades 6-8 in Texas and Ohio, and I proudly earned my bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. I am passionate about teaching science and excited to delve into the planned lessons. This year, we have many engaging activities and projects lined up, and I am eager to witness the growth we will achieve together!
 
When I am away from school, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, whether exploring new destinations, strolling through local markets to discover unique finds or savoring culinary delights at the various eateries that Houston boasts.

I am eagerly looking forward to hearing all about you. Your unique stories and experiences are what make our school community so special. I can't wait to learn from you and make this year a memorable one.  We are going to have the best year making memories together. I can't wait to meet you all very soon.
