I have been teaching and coaching for over 15 years at different levels. I started my career teaching Kinesiology and Ethics of Coaching at the college level before transitioning into secondary education, where I currently teach AVID. I am originally from Michigan and found my way to Texas in 2024, where I am looking forward to raising my daughter and having her be a part of Fort Bend ISD. Beyond education in the classroom, I am also a volleyball coach. I have played volleyball since I was 12, competed collegiately and professionally. I enjoy mentoring children while being a positive role model on the court, in the class and in the community. I look forward to a new school year and meeting new children and families.
