FSMS Orchestra 2024-2025 Registration
We are excited about the new school year and know that it will be another fun and rewarding year for the FSMS Orchestra Program. We have streamlined our Beginning of Year Resources and Forms in a simple "5 Step Process". Information about private lessons, parent volunteers, and CutTime accounts are also included below.
All forms and online orders need to be completed and submitted by Friday, August 23rd.

Step 1: Read the FBISD MS Orchestra Handbook and FSMS Orchestra Addendum
Click below, open, and read the Handbook and Addendum.

Step 2: RevTrak Online Fees and Store
Visit the FSMS Orchestra RevTrak Store to pay this year's fees, buy ensemble uniform shirts, and pay Instrument Use Fees.

Step 3: Join and Update your CutTime Account
This year the district has moved to the CutTime website (no longer Charms) as a way to communicate with parents and students. From the CutTime website you will be able to check event dates/times, email the orchestra directors, receive text message reminders, view school-owned instrument checkout and other program specific information. Join codes, "Magic Links," are in the process of being sent via text. These "Magic Links" will come from one of two numbers: (866) 732-5971 or (844) 385-8463. Step 4: FSMS Orchestra Return Pages
- Download the FSMS Orchestra Return Pages Fillable PDF.
- Save the document to your device.
- Fill out the forms and save it with your answers.
- Please be sure to download the document and save it to your device before filling it out.
- All fields on the medical form must be completed (all check boxes, tetanus shot date, insurance information, etc.)
- If you do not have an electronic signature, you may print the forms, sign by hand, and then scan the documents.
- After completing the forms, please be sure to save the file as the following: Student Last Name-Student First Name
- Make sure to open your file before uploading it to be sure all information has been saved and that it is not blank.
- Submit your completed Return Pages PDF to the Google form linked here. You may need to sign into a google account.

Step 5: Orchestra Calendar
Save/Print your 2024-25 Orchestra Calendar.
We have attempted to give you the most accurate and comprehensive calendar possible. If any adjustments to this calendar are needed, you will be informed immediately. Most importantly, though, our purpose in providing this calendar so early is to eliminate any conflicts.
