Ms. Jill Edwards

My name is Jill Edwards, and this is my thirteenth year at Fort Settlement and fourteenth year with Fort Bend ISD.  In previous years I taught both English and Social Studies, but have been teaching World Cultures exclusively for the last eleven years. I graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, EC-6 Generalist certification. Outside of the Fort, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new foods, and watching the ASTROS!

Over the course of this year we will study the five fields that make up Social Studies and apply them to regions around the world. I am excited to embark on this journey with your child and look forward to sharing my passion for World Cultures.
