In order to receive a VOE, the student must both be eligible AND follow the following process:

1. Sign up on the VOE sign-up sheet at the front desk.
2. There is a 24-hour turnaround.

The student requesting the VOE must meet the following requirements before receiving their VOE:

• The student must NOT have any outstanding fines
• The student must NOT have excessive (8+) absences 

• VOEs issued during the school year will expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
• VOEs issued during the summer will expire on the first day of the following school year.
• VOEs are only issued during school hours. 
• VOEs will not be issued on the weekend.
• VOEs will not be issued during school holidays.
• Remember that information needs to be verified before issuing a VOE. Requesting ahead of time is always good practice.
