Mr. Morrow
Welcome back!
Dear Parents and Students,
I am Kevin Morrow, I will teach Spanish I and II at Austin High School this year. I look forward to getting to know all of my students and fostering an appreciation for the Spanish Language and culture in my classroom.
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and I moved to Sugar Land in 1993 at the age of 13. I am proud graduate of Fort Bend ISD. My educational career began in 2003 at the Alief Learning Center in Alief ISD where I taught all foreign languages at the District alternative school or DAEP. In 2010 I joined Kempner High School in Fort Bend ISD where I served as an Assistant Principal for two years then I joined Willowridge High School where I was honored to progress with a cohort of students until their graduation. In 2016 I joined the Hodges Bend Warriors where I continued to serve as an Assistant Principal. In 2023 my true calling of serving students in the classroom brought me to Austin High School where I look forward to working with each of my students.
In my free time you will find me playing soccer and spending time with my wife Laura and two small children Dominic and Shannon who one day will attend Austin High School. I love sports and the arts, I look forward to seeing my students in action on the field, court and various stages.
I have an open door policy and I believe in open communication. If you need to reach me the best way to do it is via email at: kevin.morrow@fortbendisd.gov. I will hold tutorials every Monday afternoon and Wednesday morning and afternoon.
Sincerely,
Kevin Morrow
