Hello! My name is Mr. Ibarra, and I am a Principles of Business, Finance & Marketing Teacher with over 20 years' experience in the Parking Management Industry.  Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of partnering with esteemed organizations such as the City of Houston, Houston's Theater District, GRB Convention Center, Uptown Houston in the Galleria, as well as the City of Houston's Municipal Courts and Park Houston.

I obtained the International Parking & Mobility Institute CAPP Designation from the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies and was a Certified Administrator of Public Parking, which underscores my commitment to excellence in the field.  My extensive background allows me to provide valuable insights into the practical application of business principles. 

I graduated from the University of Houston with a Degree in Business Administration, and I hold a Business Marketing Certification, which enhances my teaching approach.

As a passionate educator, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with students, helping them understand the intricacies of business, finance, and marketing.  I am committed to creating a dynamic learning environment where students can thrive and develop the skills they need for success in the business world.
