My name is Angie Phillips, and I am the new EL specialist.  I've had the pleasure of teaching at Sullivan since the school opened ten years ago.  Also, I've been teaching for over 26 years and most of those years have been at Fort Bend ISD.  I am certified to teach grades 1st-8th, ESL, and trained to teach GT.  Before pursuing a career in education, I served in the Army National Guard for ten years.  I’m excited about helping EB students achieve individual linguistic goals.
