Welcome to Anne Sullivan!

Hello!

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year. I am your teacher, Ms. Newton. This is my eighth year as a teacher for FBISD and my fourth year at Anne Sullivan Elementary. I am a graduate of Sam Houston State University. I have 3 children and 1 little dog. I am an artist and writer. In my spare time I love to read, paint, and go for walks with my family. I try to make time to learn something new every day. I enjoy singing, gardening, and traveling.

As a lifelong learner, my goal is to inspire you to love learning by trying things that are new, challenging, and meaningful. I am passionate about teaching my students the qualities of Fort Bend ISD's Profile of a Graduate. Together we will develop the skills needed for a successful future! I look forward to sharing everything with you this year!!!
