Ms. Missy Hochstetler

Hello, Dalmatian Nation!  My name is Mrs. Hochstetler. I am excited to be the Literacy Intervention Teacher here at Anne Sullivan Elementary.  My passion is shaping students into the leaders of the future!

A little bit about me...
I was born in El Campo, Texas.   Growing up I lived in Wharton, Texas.  I graduated from Sam Houston State University with my Bachelor’s in Education and a minor in Special Education in 1999.

I have taught in Fort Bend ISD since 1999.  From 1999-2004 I taught at Lexington Creek Elementary.  Then from 2004-2015, I taught at Lakeview Elementary. Next, I taught at Madden Elementary from 2015 to 2021.  Lastly, I began teaching at Anne Sullivan Elementary in 2021.

I live with my husband and three children in Richmond. I have a daughter named Emma, a son named Logan, and another son named Lucas. We love spending time outdoors and going to the movies together. During my free time, I love to spend time with my whole family (I am the youngest of 5 children) and exercise.

I look forward to sharing my passion for learning with my students at ASE. I believe every day brings new experiences.  I can't wait to see the memories and learning opportunities we can share!
